Training managers and technical experts in communicating risk information to the public and in dealing with the media. Writing and editing all forms of science and technical communications including computer documentation, manuals, standard operating procedures, work practice plans, reference manuals, newsletters; safety handbooks; environmental compliance reports; press releases; press fact sheets; research magazines; grant proposals; training materials; and all related materials. Training the news media in covering environmental and health risk issues. Teaching organization and writing of science, environmental and technical information.
